Excepted Dolomites , no other areas offer such a huge playground than Mont Rose ( Monte Rosa) South Face. The Off piste here is just amazing. Using the lifts of the three resorts ( St Jacques, Gressoney, Alagana) open some big snow bowls up to a height of 3600m. If you add a little bit of touring or a helico drop possibilities becomes awesome... Nice virgin couloirs , ski in the forest, glaciers, but also italian food, chianti, pasta...everything contributes to a thrilling ski week. Don't be shy , try the Italian ski style !!

D3 - Alagna Style : this is another side of the mountain, est facing. The greatest place ? Maybe , you'll see yourself.. some "canale" are ...big , such as Canale Pisse or canale Miniere are 2000m vertical drop. Better to have a nice sauna on the evening !
D4- High mountain off piste . from the top of Indren we go to the Citta di Mantova hut. A nice coffee to warm up and the we go on the glacier located on the West side of the mountain. A really wild ski area amongst impressive mountains.
D5 - Depends on you : we can explore another ski area or we can do one of the great mont rose trip : Leaving early for a Heli drop on Mont Rose , Skiing down to Zermatt, a beer there ; And then we take the Klein matterhorn lift to come back to St Jacques onto another nice off piste...hmmmm...
